Ted Gehrke - With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have proudly served as a licensed mortgage originator since 1998. My career began under the mentorship of the same broker I continue to work with today at Tatum Mortgage, providing me with a strong foundation built on consistency, trust, and long-term client relationships.
Throughout my career, I have successfully originated more than 2,000 mortgage loans across Arizona and Colorado, helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals with confidence and clarity.
In addition to my mortgage expertise, I am also a licensed independent insurance agent, allowing me to offer a broader perspective when it comes to protecting my clients’ financial futures.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and value staying active. I am also a proud cancer survivor, an experience that has shaped my perspective, resilience, and commitment to helping others navigate important life decisions with care and integrity.
